The mighty Zed is fully operational at last! The last problem was wrong design of the X-pipe in the exhaust. I let Ferrita (the company that made my exhaust) throw it out and put straight pipes instead. This helped a lot on high revs. In the X, the pipes were really crossing each other, making the total exhaust diameter to go down to 3" in that point.

Right now I'm fighting with the AVC-R boost controller. It's not working as it should. Unstable boost is the word. I found out that when I switch off the feedback and gear learning, the boost gets stable. Probably, the gear judgement is not working so well with an auto transmission.

The misfire at high revs that I was experiencing was occurring due to a faulty/worn fuel pump. After replacing it, the misfire disappeared completely.

I still have some ECU tuning to do. When I turn up the boost, the engine is not working consistently at high revs. Sometimes it's smooth, sometimes not. I will acquire a wideband O2-sensor, to monitor the A/F ratio.
